At Labranda Mares Marmaris, ensuring that all our guests enjoy a comfortable, independent, and safe holiday is our top priority. We have designed our facilities to meet the diverse needs of our guests with disabilities and have trained our entire team according to our "Interaction Procedure for Guests with Disabilities" to ensure an inclusive service approach.

Our Facilities and Accommodation

• Specially Designed Rooms: We offer 7 accessible rooms in our main building (5 garden view, 2 sea view).

• Safety and Standards: Our rooms feature wide doors, protective corner guards, appropriate bed heights, wheelchair-accessible maneuvering spaces, and emergency call buttons.

• Bathroom Amenities: Bathrooms are equipped with support bars, tilted mirrors, non-slip floors, stepless entries, and shower seats. These features have been inspected and approved by the T.R. Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

• Easy Access: A total of 4 elevators in the lobby and main building provide seamless access to general areas, restaurants, and the beach.

• Pool & Beach Access: We provide pool lifts for guests with disabilities and 2 accessible sunbeds at the pool area. The beach is accessible via elevators and a ramp.

Special Support and Service Approach

• Priority Service: We provide priority check-in and service at all points for guests with disabilities, and their vehicles are parked in the nearest accessible spots.

• Club Car Support: 24/7 Club Car service is available for transportation between the beach, reception, and snack restaurant.

• Equipment Support: Wheelchairs and canes can be rented through our onsite infirmary if needed.

• Service and Interaction: All our staff are trained in our "Interaction Procedure for Guests with Disabilities," focusing on asking before helping, respectful behavior, and direct communication.
